Self Harm

from KaylaPaige01 on 01/23/2015 10:35 AMHi, I think that maybe instead of cutting yourself you should take your mind off it by doing something else, like if you feel like cutting call a friend and talk to them and get them to help you stop. if you want I am always here and you can talk to me if you want to. I will never judge you I am just here to help :)

They started after I got raped by my own blood and since I started I can't stop and I don't think I want to but id like to get help or support but I feel alone all the time

Self harm is a really good deciever, it only numbs temporarly but does nothing for you in the long run. Let's find a way for you to feel better about your circumstances forever instead of for a few hours. I'll send you a message and we can talk about it.
