from Aye_lexi on 02/17/2015 03:25 AMI self harm on my legs and arms and it just helps ease pain it also helps get my mind off of things. I also get thoughts of suicide. They started after I got raped by my own blood and since I started I can't stop and I don't think I want to but id like to get help or support but I feel alone all the time
