There are different phone numbers you can call and sites you can visit like a kids help line and domestic violence services. Also, if you dont have any place to go maybe you should consider going to a youth refuge. Its a good option if you dont have money or a place to go. Heres think :)

Even though things seem difficult now, its just temporary. Things will get better. Whenever i feel depressed or sad i like to write down whats bothering me. You can write down your feelings or you may even write down things you ant to say to your parents. And have you talked to your parents about how their behavior is making you feel? Maybe if they knew how youre being affected they might change how they interact with you. Another thing I like to do when I feel alone is to pray. I dont know if you believe in God or not but talking to Him always makes me feel better. God is always there and He loves you very much and He cares about you. I will add you to my prayer list And rememer, you have us at fight the urge whenever you need help or if you just want to vent. We are here to listen.
